Hi, I’m Winfred Wesonga – known to my students as Miss Wini.
I am an art teacher and creative mentor with over 8 years of experience working with children and young learners.
Through Art with Miss Wini – my personal teaching platform – and my co-founded art academy, Artterlly, I offer personalized art classes in Nairobi and online, helping learners build strong drawing and painting skills while growing in confidence and creativity.
My teaching approach combines supportive guidance with structured skill-building, creating a space where students grow confidently and engage deeply with art – whether they are beginners or looking to refine their abilities.
What I Offer
In-Home Tutoring
For younger learners, I introduce foundational art techniques in a gentle, encouraging way that builds confidence and sparks creativity. Older students focus on refining their skills, exploring different media and styles, and developing their own artistic voice.
Online Tutoring
Distance is no barrier to learning art. With over 5 years of experience teaching online, I run engaging, interactive lessons that are just as effective as in-person sessions – tailored to each learner’s pace and goals.
Art Events for Adults
I host relaxed, guided art sessions for adults – ideal for team – building, creative workshops, or social gatherings. These sessions are beginner-friendly and designed to help participants unwind, explore creativity, and simply enjoy the process.
